Hamilton Goebel House

This house is a historic home that was built in 1833 on land owned by Jamison Hamilton, the founder of Darlington. It is not known if he actually lived in the house,but could be assumed. During your stay you will find bits of history and pictures that have been gathered along the way.It has all the comforts of home. A beautiful four bedroom home that has been completely renovated to reflect the old and new times. This home was on the list to be torn down by the city.

Galena RowHouse - Downtown with parking included!

Built in 1846, the Galena RowHouse is one of the oldest guest homes in Galena. Although it was built over 175 years ago we have taken time to provide beautiful and modern updates with out destroying the historical integrity. The home is in downtown Galena with a beautiful view of the Fever River and near many walking paths, including Grant’s Home. Live like a local during a stay at the family-friendly Galena RowHouse. The garage is used as storage at the moment and is not accessible to guests.
