This place is so perfect if you are visiting town as it's steps from shopping, eating and landmarks. Our property was once owned by Bill Payne, Chief of Police from 1926-1950. Bill decided in the early 40's to add on to the back of the residence to facilitate keeping those incarcerated overnight. That space is now our kitchen. Our Guest House sits directly behind that kitchen and once was the garage for the police car. A second story was added in the early 50's and now belongs to the kitchenette and two of our rooms. (Pacific and European) Our Caribbean Suite is on the main level.
