With easy access by train to London, and good road access to the South of England and coast, the property is ideal as a base visiting this part of England. Guest will have exclusive use of the barn and its garden with extensive parking and cartlodge The barn is in a former farmyard near Westcott village and the market town of Dorking. Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounds the property. The area is ideal for walking, riding, and biking. There's easy access by train to London, and by road to other attractions in the south-east of England. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are attic rooms with sloping ceilings and may not be suitable for the very tall or those with restricted mobility.

A beautiful cottage with a private garden overlooking the River Thames in Chertsey. Light breakfast inc. Relax in style close to Thorpe Park, Chertsey and only 15 mins to Heathrow. Lego Land, Windsor, Hampton Court, Wisley, Chessington and Kew are all very close! The house has 2 bedrooms (double and bunk beds) and a spacious open plan living room/fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy dinner out on the deck or tea on the swing chair ~ all whilst watching the boats go by. Note: No direct access to river.

The cottage is in a semi-rural setting. There is a garden with table and chairs for sitting outside, and a BBQ to enjoy summer days. The cottage has everything to ensure your stay is comfortable. Nearby there is a choice of quaint country pubs and the bars and restaurants of Sevenoaks are a short drive. There are lots of wonderful nearby country walks. Hever Castle, Chartwell House (Winston Churchill), & Down House (Charles Darwin) are just some of the attractions within a short drive.
