Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. The apartment is partially above commercial businesses, including your host, The Harbor Barber (no chemical services offered - so no funky odors from below). This space was 100% improved in 2021.
