Paddys thatched cottage is a recently renovated property built circa 1880 set on 7 acres of farmland & still retains the original features/character including the internal exposed stone wall & large fireplace making it very cosy. This area is very popular for trail walking in the hills or the purpose built walkways. Outdoor activities are plentiful such as kayaking, sea swimming, guided rock climbing & golfing. If the weather doesn't permit you can always light the stove & put the feet up.

A couple native to the local area, who like many people from Co. Donegal emigrated to Glasgow, Scotland in the 1930s. Upon retirement the couple returned to Irish soil. Building thus house to enjoy their golden years, breathing in the beautiful clear air and peaceful tranquility of Donegal.
