The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn A4 und A72 ist man schnell in sehenswerten Städten wie Dresden, Leipzig und Jena, oder im wunderschönen Westerzgebirge. Die Chemnitzer City erreicht ihr mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz zum Tollen. Auf vielen Rad-und Wanderwegen könnt ihr die Gegend erkunden.
