Furnished in a simple and elegant way, the white color and wood will make you feel immediately on vacation as soon as you enter the large living room. You will feel like you are on an island in Greece, with the false ceiling of beams and reeds, the concrete double bed as well as the TV cabinet and bathrooms. A cozy apartment with garden and swimming pool view. In the house, we have 2 apartments, 4 rooms and a restaurant where you can book your meals. There's a big garden, a swimming pool with a stunning view and a lot of nature. The use of our e-bike is included in price. Our place is in a very small village in the magnificent Lunigiana near to the 5 Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Lerici or the National Parc of the 100 lakes and Parco dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. The car is a must-have to reach the place.

The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.
