Triple Crown Cabin w/ Trout pond!
Amazing handcrafted cabin located in the center of the "Roanoke Triple Crown" (McAfee's Knob, tinker cliffs and dragons tooth trails) just minutes from each trail head. Cabin is tucked away from everything. No other houses can be seen from the cabin. The cabin overlooks a beautiful pond with a small waterfall cascading in. Cabin was sustainability built with trees from the 20 acres it sits on. McAfee's Knob trailhead is 10 minutes away, Andy Layne trailhead to tinker cliffs is 9 minutes away.

Fred & Fanny’s Cozy 2 Bedroom Home
Y’all come stay a while… Fred and Fanny’s belonged my sweet grandparents who nary met a stranger. Their 2 bedroom 1 Bath home is located right in the Town of New Castle, where my granny was the Treasurer for many years. It’s fully furnished and features eat in kitchen, washer and dryer, and fenced in yard. Walking distance to town… and It’s not real far from Roanoke or Blacksburg. Close to Wilderness Adventure, and it’s less than 27 mins to the Furthest Trailhead in Va’s Triple crown!

Beautifully renovated small cottage. Close to hiking on the Appalachian Trail, mountain biking trails and hunting. 30 minutes to Roanoke and Virginia Tech, 20 minutes to Salem. 2 bedrooms- 1 queen, and 2 twin XL. One bath. Relax and unwind and bring your dogs (pet fee applies). Fenced in yard. Barn in yard has loft area w/ 2 hammock seat swings and hanging lights. Axe Throwing target with signed waiver. Relax by the creek sitting in Adirondack chairs by the fire pit. P

Virginia's Triple Crown Lodge (Shuttle)
This recently renovated barn loft is located a 0.3 mile walk from the AT and just off the Transamerica Trail (cycling). This secluded retreat is located within 20 miles of Blacksburg, Fincastle, Daleville, Salem, and Roanoke. The host is an experienced AT hiker and offers shuttle service to local trailheads, grocery stores, laundromats, etc. The first 20 miles are complimentary, with a $0.70 fee per additional mile.
