A 1200 sq. ft. deck wraps the main house with stairs leading down to the river. There are no neighbors across the river or downstream, so you'll have the sunsets all to yourself. Soak in the hot tub or build a fire and wait for the stars to come out. At 1.5 mi to the Gifford-Pinchot National Forest and Sunset Falls, plenty of recreational opportunities await!

3 bedroom home on 2.5 acres overlooking the lower Columbia River. Main floor includes master suite with 2 queen beds, 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed. Downstairs daylight basement includes 1 queen, 2 twins. All rooms have a view of the Columbia River! We are 9 miles off Hwy 4 in Wahkiakum county. Definitely out in the country! Guests often enjoy seeing deer and bald eagles flying by. The last couple of miles are pretty winding, but the view at the end is worth it!

The cabin was originally built in the 1920's as a vacation home for a predominate Portland Judge. A century later and the spirit of this escape is alive and well with a full remodel providing modern amenities in a beautiful and rustic setting.
