Ici, le maître mot est adaptation: Nous commençons par une visite des caves avec une présentation de l'histoire de celle ci. Ensuite, prenons place avec un verre de crémant pour les papilles, et discuter ensemble de la thématique qui vous tient a coeur: les appellations de Bourgogne, vins rouges vins blancs, vins boisés, bios, etc. Une fois la thématique définie, nous pouvons alors entammer la dégustation et la discussion pour éluder toutes les questions que vous vous posez! c'est aussi simple que cela!
Cellar visit - Wine tasting and shop

After that, we'll have a special wine tasting with some wines over 10 years old will be presented to you. All wine swill be available to sell. Price of the wines : 10 to 40 euros/bottle Tour Monday to Saturday, and some sundays.

Je vous propose une randonnée découverte en autonomie en compagnie d un de mes ânes (Zaphyr ou Lagazette). Équipé d un topo-guide, vous découvrirez les paysages, la biodiversité ou encore l'histoire du Morvan au coeur de la vallée de la Cure. Les ânes sont équipés d'un bat qui permet de porter les affaires des randonneurs. Ils apprécient beaucoup la compagnie des humains. Cette randonnée promet une belle et mémorable immersion dans les forêts, au bord des rivières et dans les prairies du Morvan ! Après une petite formation sur la sécurité et le maniement des ânes, un livret topo-guide vous aidera à vous guider et à en apprendre sur la biodiversité et l'histoire de cette vallée !
Bike & Wine Day in Côte de Beaune
Discover by bike the UNESCO world heritage vineyard, Côtes and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. It's the best way to see, smell, and taste Burgundy on the wine side. The circuit crosses, the villages of Pommard, Saint-Romain, La Rochepot, Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault and Volnay. After a transfer with our vehicle from our store at Parc de la Bouzaise, Allée du Docteur Bouley, in Beaune, to the starting point, we will give a briefing on the use of bikes and the course of the day. Our tour in the climate of the Côte de Beaune is focused on discovering the land and wine. You will cycle through the world's most prestigious vineyards and admire authentic and traditional landscapes, shaped by man for centuries. Between castles, estates and vineyards, this walk is reviewed and animated by your guide, a cycling and wine professional. Our goal is to make you discover our region through these landscapes but also to give you a better approach to the classification of Burgundy climates. Each vineyard in France is different, but ours is very specific and above all unique ! You can buy wine and have it delivered to you. Other things to note If you want more comfort on the tower, you can also ask for ebike with extra charge.
Half day bike and wine tour
From the Parc de la Bouzaise in Beaune, we will get on our bikes for a short 3-hour ride in the Côte de Beaune vineyard. After a short briefing to explain how we use the bikes, we wil ride together in the vineyards of Beaune, Pommard and Volnay. We will do several small stops in the vineyard to introduce you to the Burgundy vineyard, its secrets, its classification and its notion of terroir. We will then visit a winegrower who will show us around his cellars and we will taste his wines.

During the 90 minutes class you will learn about the 5 Sub Regions composing Burgundy, The Nowadays and Past Classifications, the importance of the AOC, notions of terroir, climat, soils, subsoils, vintages. You will taste 6 Burgundy wines from the most simple to the most complex, from various producers, vintages, villages, from Regional to Grand Cru. Wine and cheese tasting workshop in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard. Four local wines and four local cheeses will be tasted for a one hour lesson. Come and try local cheeses like : Époisses, Comté, Brillat Savarin,… After this session you will be able to answer to those questions : How to pair cheese and wine ? Découverte du Morvan à cheval
Du peu expérimenté au confirmé, adultes et enfants à partir de 10 ans, en duo ou en petits groupes, je vous emmènerai sur les chemins morvandiaux. Après avoir choisi la monture la mieux adaptée à votre niveau et à votre stature, nous préparerons les chevaux. Nous partirons alors sur le tour équestre du Morvan ! Bike & Tasting in the Vineyards **
Come along the bike paths of one of the most prestigious vineyards in France, between old stones and heritage. Our walk will cross charming towns and villages, which make the reputation of the great wines of Burgundy: Marsannay-la-Côte, Fixin, Brochon, Gevrey-Chambertin No difficulty on the course, this walk is suitable for everyone! It will be punctuated by breaks to enjoy the decor, talk about the vineyard & the vineyard, taste local specialities (parsley ham, cheeses, etc.), all accompanied by a nectar from the region.
