Ideally located between Hardelot and Le Touquet, in the seaside resort of Sainte-Cécile, direct access to the sea, shops 5 minutes away, hiking, activities, swimming (paddle rental at the beach) You can do everything on foot or by bike. Bike storage in the building. Wifi. Connected speaker, private parking space, Kite surf spot in front of the apartment. Cats ⛔️

2-bedroom apartment with phenomenal sea views

There is no better place to recharge those batteries and upload your vitamin "sea". Although there is one, you will need no television with this phenomenal view! Our apartment has been recently renovated (04/2022) and offers all you are looking for. It's ideally located on the "zeedijk" or "the dike" on the 7th floor (elevator is present!). Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful apartment with superb sea view!

Let yourself be lulled while admiring the sea, comfortably seated on the living room sofa... Our apartment is located on the 6th and top floor of the "Grand Bleu" (accessible by elevator). It has a magnificent sea view, allowing you to admire the Boulogne lighthouse on one side and the Côte d'Opale and the English cliffs on the other if the weather is mild. Access to the beach is directly at the foot of the apartment, with the children's pool just opposite.

Spacious 43 m2 apartment for 2 people with sea view in a quiet 1950s residence in Merlimont-Plage, it is located 20 meters from the sea and 5 minutes from shops, 10 minutes from Le Touquet and 10 minutes from Berck-sur-Mer. The common areas of the residence are vintage, but the apartment has been refurbished. Parking is free on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Cleaning is to be done by you, or on request for the sum of €35.

Patio bathroom with kitchen area consisting of a fridge/microwave/cooktop/Senseo coffee maker and cutlery. The minimum is offered for "breakfast" (coffee, tea, sugar, 2 vacuum-packed rolls, 2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of orange juice). Hours are 5 p.m. to 11 a.m. Have a great stay.
