In the popular district of Gourmalon, close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso (partner rates for my guests😁), the Source beach and the magnificent Chemin des Douaniers. Ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything!

Yes, everything is within walking distance!!!! This functional 35 m² studio + 10 m² terrace is equipped to accommodate 2 people.
