You will appreciate the comfort at your disposal, as well as the large south/west terrace and its unobstructed view. The secure residence with heated swimming pool open from 24/05 to 30/09, is in the middle of nature, offering you a quiet relaxing stay! Located on the edge of Vélocean, it will be easy to reach the beach of La Baule (2km) or the historic center of Guérande (5km).

A historic castle is surrounded by water, reflecting its intricate architecture and turrets. Lush greenery frames the property, highlighting its grandeur. A landscaped garden with flower beds adds color to the serene scene, while the clear blue sky provides a striking backdrop.

Lovely cottage in an old renovated school in the heart of Briere Park with all the comforts and full equipment. Private garden , heated swimming pool from June to October outside common to 2 dwellings, schoolyard enclosed with walls with ping-pong table, petanque area, private parking. South facing. Close to shops but very quiet, next to the Domaine du Golf de la Bretesche and 25 minutes from the first beaches, salt marshes and the medieval city of Guérande.

An outdoor space features a grassy area bordered by lush hedges. A wooden terrace hosts a dining table and chairs, while a barbecue grill is positioned nearby. Sun loungers are placed for relaxation under partially cloudy skies.

The park allows access to leisure for all (games available). Accommodation designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (turning areas, doors, thresholds). Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€70).

Located between GUÉRANDE & LA BAULE, our NEW wooden cottage (Eco-responsible – HQE Standards) of 49 m2 is located in a wooded and secure residential park just 2.5 km from the center and beach of La Baule and its shops (Vélocean bike path accessible from the residence to get there). La Baule train station is a 10-minute walk away. No WIFI access. Private parking in front of the cottage. Indoor heated pool open from May 24 and children's play area.
