"Parada del Herrero" country house

the house has 3 bedrooms, one of them with its own bathroom, another with double bed and the last with 2 bunk beds, has another bathroom, living room with wood stove, kitchen and fireplace (you can use all the wood you need, at no extra cost) also in the living room there is a ping-ball recreational machine, where you can play some free games, in the garden there is a swimming pool and barbecue. The house is located in the countryside, a two-minute walk from the village, it is a very quiet place.

Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

Ceiling fans are also available through-out. High-speed Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic). The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of an old house. It is independent, consisting of a bedroom with a bathroom and its own kitchen-dining room. The access streets are uphill. Each accommodation has an entrance on a different side of the house and its own private terrace. We live on the upper floors. I am very thorough with disinfection cleaning. The pool may not be crystal clear some days, although we try to keep it clean. It's shared.
