Ceiling fans are also available through-out. High-speed Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic). The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

Located in one of the best residential areas of Almería, the environment is surrounded by houses with gardens and common green areas.
