Beautiful downtown house - one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room and sitting room. No TV. Awesome bath tub. Quick access to I-70. Lively downtown location! Totally private- you have the whole house to yourself. Looking for 2 bedrooms? You can find our other listing (it's the SAME house, but with 1 more bedroom) by searching Airbnb for "Hollow Tree Bungalow." If available it will come up. No parties. No smoking or vaping (too messy). Quiet hours after 10pm. Dogs allowed- see rules!

This property is the BEST location if you are coming to town for anything Mizzou, a downtown event or have a large group such as wedding party that wants to be together but have their own space. This newly remodeled two bedroom double has 2 private bedrooms and a private bathroom. NO PRIVATE LR. The 8,700 s.f. building has a large common area with sofa's, DirecTV, and a large kitchen with two stoves, two microwaves, and three refrigerators. This unit does not have a private kitchen or TV.

Open floor plan 3 br 2 ba ranch style slab with over 1500 sq ft living space and private back yard. Plenty of natural light with engineered wood floors in living area. Plenty of parking with large driveway and on-street parking. Easy access to I70 and US hwy 63 ( 2 miles to the interchange). Two miles or less to many restaurants ( Las Margaritas Mexican, Bandanna’s BBQ, Bob Evan’s, Golden Corral, Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, etc.).

The Scott house in the country.

This cute house is on a working alternative farm that raises grass-fed beef and lamb. If you want to get away from the busy life, come sit on the porch and watch the sunset. A state park is close for kayaking and canoeing. There are some very nice restaurants and wineries close by or you can cook in the large kitchen. There are some great biking trails and horse back riding in the conservation area that's 2 miles away.
