This 550 sqft. home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars, plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Pet Friendly, but the yards are not fenced. We are close to a park to walk your dogs. You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. We live on a 10 acre Hazelnut farm that is 10 minutes from the Eugene airport, 15 minutes from the U of O campus, and 45 minutes from OSU's campus. Hazelnuts are the crop of choice as you will notice while driving down Lone Pine Dr. You will wake up to the sound of birds singing as well as the views of the orchards out the cottage windows. Before exploring please let us help guide that. Certain times of the year the garden is available for a snack as well as the fruit trees.
