Located on a tree lined street on the island of Alameda, is this beautiful 1885 Victorian Cottage. The ground floor level has 1 bedroom/1 bathroom. The living room has a queen pullout sofa. The kitchenette is equipped with a portable 2 burner electric stove, small refrigerator/freezer, and sink. There is also a built in microwave as well as a portable oven. There is a desk for your working needs along with high speed internet. This flat is for the person who appreciates design and comfort.

The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. This unique, well equipped, 1 Bed cute little studio (that we love) is detached and fenced off from our main house. It has a separate entrance through a side gate and it's own private rear deck, with a seating and dining area... that overlooks Sausal Creek and Dimond Park. The tall willow that grows along the creek gives the deck the perfect amount of privacy and with the tranquil sound of the creek flowing (not during dry season) you would almost forget you are in an urban city.

The Moonlight manor is a themed 2 bedroom, 4 beds, 1 bath shared (private upper floor) based out of a 150-year-old Victorian mansion in the heart of Oakland. Christina, the creative director and hostess recently had a son and decided open her home to Airbnb to support her family! With experience in Costume design and Stagecraft, we bring to you a themed hideaway experience! go camping indoors, jump back in time to the 1920s, or enter the world of Beetlejuice. One block to express bus into San Francisco or a short drive to the ferry terminal in Alameda or Bart station in Oakland. Please note: Once inside the unit there is one flight of stairs (16) to the apartment. The Victorian era staircase is narrow and steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
