Located on a tree lined street on the island of Alameda, is this beautiful 1885 Victorian Cottage. The ground floor level has 1 bedroom/1 bathroom. The living room has a queen pullout sofa. The kitchenette is equipped with a portable 2 burner electric stove, small refrigerator/freezer, and sink. There is also a built in microwave as well as a portable oven. There is a desk for your working needs along with high speed internet. This flat is for the person who appreciates design and comfort.

Christina, the creative director and hostess recently had a son and decided open her home to Airbnb to support her family! With experience in Costume design and Stagecraft, we bring to you a themed hideaway experience! go camping indoors, jump back in time to the 1920s, or enter the world of Beetlejuice. Adventure waits!

This private zen cottage, is conveniently located near major ferry service, train,and bus lines to San Francisco and other cities surrounding Alameda. The cottage offers a outdoor private court yard area. Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.

Please note: Once inside the unit there is one flight of stairs (16) to the apartment. The Victorian era staircase is narrow and steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Our home is 2 blocks from downtown Park Street, where there are dozens of restaurants, bars and shops and a 15 minute walk from the beach for playtime and sunsets. This place is great for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and small families, too. You may hear the pitter patter of children upstairs from time to time, but never at night. We are a very friendly family and look forward to hosting you!
