Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels. Many of our guests tell us they wished they’d had more time to just unplug, right here on the property.

Welcome to our adorable cozy hilltop farmhouse. This studio features a Cal King bed, a sofa queen hideaway bed, twin roll-away bed, full kitchen, fireplace, a jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. Outside a dining table and separate sitting area with propane fire pit. This hilltop location provides total privacy. We are located less than 30 miles from Yosemite, Bass Lake, and Sugar Pine. We are less than 10 miles from Chuckchansi Casino, Oakhurst, Coarsegold Rodeo Grounds. Owners on-site.

There is NOT a full kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine and grill outside.

The Guest House at River Falls

Only 13 miles from the south gate of Yosemite, this beautiful creek side home with a waterfall was once the original art studio home of a well known Yosemite Landscape Artist. Fifth wheel RV .;) For starters we have cats that will greet you. They love attention. Has a king bed, kitchen with all essential and bathroom provided. Living room has an electric fireplace. There is tv in both living room, bedroom and outside with fire stick The bull frog HOT TUB is awesome. This spring we will be welcoming our new ducks , chickens and piglets. Great views of the Sierra Nevada's.
