Hi everyone! Welcome to my home located in Sommerécourt in Haute-Marne, a small village bordering the Vosges. Fully renovated house for short or long stays. Away from the village, the house gives you access to a nice walk or bike ride. We are 10 minutes from the A31 motorway exit. Perfect for a restful night before hitting the road again. The house can accommodate 4 people. The accommodation has been classified as furnished tourist accommodation since January 2025.

Courtyard side, forest view with birdsong and southeast exposure, everything is in place to make your stay relaxing. The kitchen is equipped and functional. The bathroom is nice and the relaxing bedroom is equipped with a memory foam mattress for 1 person 120/190 for extra comfort. An elegant and relaxing harmony for a perfect stay.

Small single storey house (the upper floor is not accessible) a few steps to access the front door. Ideal for a couple but comfortable camp beds can be added to accommodate 2 children. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms: - a large bedroom with office area and TV area - a large fully equipped kitchen You will also find a bathroom with Italian shower and WC. A terrace at the front and a terrace at the back will welcome you for a moment of relaxation.

Harmony Cocoon (nature in the city)

Small INDEPENDENT accommodation, in the middle of nature, for a return to calm... Sleeps 2 (crib available), close to Chaumont (3 km Leclerc, 5 km city center). You can bring your sneakers to enjoy nature (forest, fields...) and relax after a day of work! (parking right in front) Available: a fridge, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker (coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, salt, pepper), linens and towels. (new bed) I look forward to welcoming you.

Located in a village of 1200 inhabitants, 10 km from Langres and 1 km from the LANGRES-NORD motorway exit, junction of the A5 and A31 motorways. In the center of the village, you will have access to essential shops: Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (open every day), doctor, nurses, garages, bar-restaurant, food truck. No parking worries.

The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedal boat, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5 km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

The attic

Spend a vacation in a 16th century tower surrounded by nature. It was once a dovecote, an attribute of the lordships in eastern France. You will be in the grounds of Roncourt Castle and can enjoy its park of nearly 2 hectares. The tower has been fully converted into a 4-story home. In the shade of a quince tree, a small private terrace in front of the tower will allow you to enjoy the songs of the birds.
