The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The "Clapton Hideaway" (excuse the name) is the basement floor of our family home in Lower Clapton, Hackney. It is essentially a self-contained one-bedroom flat with an open-plan kitchen/ living-room, double bedroom and shower-room/ toilet. It has it's own entrance on to the front light-well. The house is right by Millfield Park, Hackney Marshes and the River Lea, leading through to the Olympic Park - ideal for long and short walks.

A comfortable sofa adorned with a mix of decorative cushions is positioned beneath two large windows. The walls are painted in a warm tone, showcasing a vibrant piece of artwork featuring a figure. Green plants and photo frames add character to the space.
