Muchos comercios y bares muy cerca al centro de Madrid esta muy bien comunicado, todo lo que necesitas para que tú estadía sea la mejor. The Vaguada shopping center and the Peñagrande subway station are 10 minute's walk, and close to the subway station parking subject to availability. Also, you'll be just 20 minutes away from the city center also known as La Gran Via. Our location is close to restaurants and bars.

Beautiful and romantic apartment. Metro at the door. Quality.

The most important thing is the noise from the neighbors. I don't allow parties or drinking. Perfect cleaning included. Lots of light, quiet neighborhood, subway in front, you'll love it. Especially for couples or people who are taking exams, there is no noise. It fits 3 people. Wi-Fi. Super-equipped. For parking, there is a green and blue paid area, I rent parking for a low price, as long as I don't need it. Note, I'm booking the whole weekend. There are supermarkets nearby, bars, park, etc.

We rented this apartment that was our home for a long time until the tribe grew up, we have always taken care of it with care, it is an oasis in the heart of the city, overlooking the Botanical Garden of Madrid, the sunsets are a gift. A few steps from the retreat, authentic lung of the city, the Atocha station (AVE, Cercanías Metro)and the best museums :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... The apartment has: large dining room with sofa bed, semi-integrated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
