The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, private surveillance and with quick access to Av. Javier Prado Este. Nearby there are wineries, a bank, laundries, pharmacies etc.

Terrace with lounge chairs for relaxing. Grill/artisanal oven area, outdoor dining table, large garden for recreation, games such as Sapito, table soccer, volleyball, kitchen and equipped kitchenware. 5 Furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house is exclusively for guests.
