It is a high-grade apartment of new open in December 2021. It's about a 10-minute walk to Odori or Tanukikoji, and a 7-minute walk to Subway Susukino Station or Subway West 11-chome Station. You can stay comfortably in a spacious 41.7 ㎡ 1LDK room with air conditioning!! There are auto-locks and security cameras at the entrance, and room keys with electronic keys with security. If you come by car, please use coin-operated parking on the premises. Indoor parking for large cars and high roof cars, you can park safely even in bad weather. On the first floor of the building, there is a Baumkuchen shop that uses luxurious Hokkaido ingredients.It is also very popular with souvenirs!!!! Staying in a room in an old Japanese wooden apartment. The toilet is difficult for tall people. Please check the review. It is a highly rated room. New air conditioning! Comfortable life! A cozy room with a private entrance, kitchenette and a small bathroom. Fully equipped with new air conditioning. 4 min walk to Subway Hiragishi Station, 3 min walk to convenience store,, supermarket, restaurants and pubs. We can recommend a local Soup curry restaurant, Ramen restaurants and many places.
