It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so if anything happens, we will take care of it right away. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station About 20 minutes on foot from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line It's a little inconvenient. There are few drive streets and you can stay quiet. This room has a good view. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place for life. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. The sofa bed is 170cm. ☆Transportation We will pick you up at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay as much as possible. Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. It is a convenient location for sightseeing anywhere in Sapporo. This is a beautiful room that opened in June 2025. It is a convenient location with many hot springs and convenience stores, restaurants, coin laundries, car rental shops, drug stores, etc. within a 10-minute walk. There are also many parking lots in the vicinity, making it convenient for visiting by car. It is completely private, and has everything you need, such as appliances and cooking utensils. There are a total of 4 rooms in the same building, and a maximum of 10 people can stay (please check the reservation status).

It is in a great location a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It is very convenient to get to any where. Opening in June 2025!! There is 1 double bed and a sofa bed. It can accommodate up to 3 people. There are 4 rooms in the same building, so it can be used by multiple groups. You can also book a separate room from the list of listings on our profile. Because it is in the center, the coin parking lot in the neighborhood is often full, I don't recommend it for those traveling by car. After booking, we will be requiring all guests staying in the property to provide a copy of their passport.
