It is an 11-minute walk from JR Otaru station, a 3- minute walk to a convenience store and supermarket, a 2-minute walk to Otaru canal, very convenient for Otaru. Next to the apartment is the Old Temiya Line, which is now a walking course. I have a hotel license from the director of the Otaru City Health Center.
