Relax in this accommodation located on the 3rd and top floor of a quiet private residence with elevator, 50 meters from the Thermal Baths. Courtyard side, forest view with birdsong and southeast exposure, everything is in place to make your stay relaxing. The kitchen is equipped and functional. The bathroom is nice and the relaxing bedroom is equipped with a memory foam mattress for 1 person 120/190 for extra comfort. An elegant and relaxing harmony for a perfect stay.

Small single storey house (the upper floor is not accessible) a few steps to access the front door. Ideal for a couple but comfortable camp beds can be added to accommodate 2 children. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms: - a large bedroom with office area and TV area - a large fully equipped kitchen You will also find a bathroom with Italian shower and WC. A terrace at the front and a terrace at the back will welcome you for a moment of relaxation.

Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a former cutlery factory, close to Chaumont and Nogent, this 120 m2 designer duplex is in a green setting and allows you to find calm and serenity. This non-smoking apartment has a kitchen open to a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (shower + bathtub). Everything is decorated in a contemporary and designer way. Access to a riverside garden. Great for tourists and business travelers (non-smoking)

"La Maison d'à côté", a small country house, refurbished, welcomes you for a work stay or a family stay. Located in a village of 1200 inhabitants, 10 km from Langres and 1 km from the LANGRES-NORD motorway exit, junction of the A5 and A31 motorways. In the center of the village, you will have access to essential shops: Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (open every day), doctor, nurses, garages, bar-restaurant, food truck. No parking worries.

The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedal boat, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5 km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

The attic

Spend a vacation in a 16th century tower surrounded by nature. It was once a dovecote, an attribute of the lordships in eastern France. You will be in the grounds of Roncourt Castle and can enjoy its park of nearly 2 hectares. The tower has been fully converted into a 4-story home. In the shade of a quince tree, a small private terrace in front of the tower will allow you to enjoy the songs of the birds.

Quiet and comfortable renovated house. 5 min from the A31 highway exit (n°8.1). Ideal to get some good rest on the way to holidays.
