Great spot on quiet private road just 18 miles from Burlington. Perfect for visitors to UVM, St. Michaels, and other colleges. 20 minutes to Smuggler's Notch Ski Area. Beautifully remodeled Lake House on Arrowhead Mt Lake. Lake is just a yards from front door and outside deck. Fantastic rock fire pit with natural seating around. House is located on a private road with just 10 houses so it is a very quiet and peaceful setting. List of day trips through Vt provided by host.

The three bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second floor. The kitchen, dining room and spacious living room encompass the main floor. Welcome to my super cozy house in the Old North End! The house is a 15 minute walk to the top of Church Street and is located near a market, yoga studio, and coffee shop. There is a farmer's market located directly across the street on Tuesday afternoons in the summer months. The house has tons of natural light, a comfy sofa and mattresses, a large TV with access to Netflix and HBO, and lots of books. Both bedrooms have sound machines and fans. Coffee and tea provided!
