Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. Ilwaco is a small port town on the WA coast with lots of character. The living space of our modern carriage house is upstairs so it's light & cozy, 600sq ft. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (six of bikes to use, and beach toys in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs has master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs has bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.

This property is the perfect location for fishing or crabbing the Buoy 10 estuary or in the ocean for Salmon, Tuna and Halibut. The property is very well cleaned and maintained. We expect our guests to treat the apartment the way you would want a guest to treat your home. It very close to the ocean and is about a 100 yards to the Columbia River. **PETS NOT ALLOWED**
