Outside area includes a covered deck as well as an open deck. Charcoal grill available for outdoor cooking. Large fire pit for relaxing by the fire! Full access to the river for fishing and swimming. 18 miles to Baylor Stadium and Magnolia Market at the Silo! Come enjoy the Big Rocks on the Brazos!

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. The German Schmear Cottage

The German Schmear Cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. The Eagles Nest is located in a quiet rural neighborhood in China Spring , Texas on Eagle Canyon Drive. It is a beautifully unique, hand crafted cabin. Rustic luxury at its finest. It is an incredible place to relax and unwind. Perfect for those romantic weekends or just a quiet getaway to relax, either way you will not be disappointed with your visit. It's a stand alone one bedroom, one bath cabin with access to a fire pit and hot tub located behind the main house.

This spacious suite includes leather couch and chairs. The accents that will feel like your “home away from home!" Relax in the rockers on the cute front porch for some true “recreation.” The adjacent kitchen dining area is well equipped for cooking with a small size refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee/tea station. The cottage has a simple but elegant country home feel. There is a large swing nestled in the large pecan trees that is fun for thrill seekers.

Welcome to the A-Frame, just 30 minutes from Waco. This charming cabin offers a serene escape surrounded by Hill Country views. Watch the cows from your deck while you grill. This cabin comfortably sleeps four guests and is equipped with a king size bed, a loft with two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with another cabin.

The unit is located in the Uptown neighborhood, just adjacent to downtown, with Pinewood Coffee Roasters and Harvest on 25th just around the corner!
