Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Happy days in Croissy, close to Paris

2-room apartment with entrance, equipped kitchen and shower room with toilet (43 m2), COMPLETELY RENOVATED. 3rd and last floor, not overlooked (no elevator). Apartment located in the heart of Croissy-sur-Seine. Access to the entire house. Located 30 minutes from Paris by public transport, close to Versailles, and many shops and restaurants. If you want to get to Paris by Regional Express Network, 2 buses (D and E) at the very foot of the building take you to the station in 8 minutes.

Located 10km from Versailles and on the edge of the Chevreuse valley, this apartment is close to all amenities (bus, bakery, post office, supermarkets...) F2 of 48m² with terrace + private garden of 25m² facing south. The accommodation is very well equipped and has a home cinema with a large screen and nearly 200 films for your cocooning evenings! Sleeping side you will find 1 bedroom with queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room with a real Bultex mattress of 120 x 190 x 10cm

Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! Our Studio is ideally located in the heart of the natural park of the Chevreuse valley, on the edge of the forest and near the Château de Breteuil. Access to the A10 motorway in 10 min. Less than 10 minutes away, you can visit the Abbey of Vaux de Cernay, you have access to the RER B St Rémy lès Chevreuse which will take you to the center of Paris in 45 minutes, you are also 15 minutes from Rambouillet and only 25 minutes from the Palace of Versailles.
