There is a large stone patio with picnic table, Weber grill, fire pit and granit and stone serving table. There is also a screened in porch if the bugs come out. The house is air conditioned and has radiant heat. Deer, turkeys and other wildlife are often seen thru the living room window. Lake Minnewaska, Mohonk Preserve and Vernooy Kill Falls are minutes away.
