The Oak Leaf Cottage, in the Fort Payne Alabama Historic District, served as the home for caretakers of The Oaks, its parent property, and a town icon, built-in 1884. The cottage features one-bedroom with an en-suite bath, soaking tub and shower, walk-in closet, LR, fireplace w/gas logs, kitchenette, and outside veranda. The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the left.
