Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

Lovely cottage was a pigsty with loft, right across from the old oak forest Forret d Troncais with its many lakes and castles, markets, flea markets. Epineuil is also the village of Alain Fournier, the author of the book "Grand Meaulnes"
