Old stable in a small hamlet, renovated by us, this semi-detached house offers all the comforts in the countryside: green space, water, forest, many hiking trails from the house.... 3-star accommodation since 2015 in a region full of historical discoveries (Châteaux de la Loire, Villes de caractère...) and gastronomic discoveries (Sancerre...)! If you like mountain biking and TT motorbiking, the owner will be able to guide you for your itineraries, if you wish!

With a personalized decor in a bucolic and relaxing atmosphere, we will welcome you with simplicity. At your disposal, a reading area with books and documents about our region, a games room with foosball, ping pong table. A separate terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.

Rated ***. Loft in restored independent barn, square courtyard consisting of three buildings, parking and opening onto fully independent garden, 15' from Lamotte-Beuvron and 30' from Chambord. 60m2 loft apartment (the bedroom is in an alcove separated from the living room by a double blackout curtain) with wood. Independent entrance and parking, private garden, garden lounge and BBQ. Furnished not specifically suitable for people with disabilities.

Master house with pool, Gîte de l'Ouche

This cottage has just been born in the old sheepfold of an 18th century mansion. Private entrance, garden and parking that overlook a wood. It is warm, sober and comfortable. I offer breakfasts and dinners with "homemade" products if you do not wish to cook. Access to a beautiful pool, the park with children's games, animals... The house also has another cottage, and two guesthouses in the main building, visible on airbnb.

My pillow in the barn

"Mon oreiller dans l'étable" is a small cottage located on the Loire bike route, at the gates of Sancerre and Chavignol and close to Guedelon. Great for a pleasant tourist stay. We welcome you to an outbuilding close to the owners' house but you will be totally independent. Old 45 m2 barn completely renovated with private terrace and secure parking to accommodate bicycles, you will be seduced by the charm of the old stone.

In the park of a beautiful period villa, furnished apartment with adjoining greenhouse. In the park you can enjoy the wellness area with its swimming pool and spa (shared with the owners only). You are in the heart of a small spa town in a green setting. 5-minute walk to Bourbon-l'Archambault thermal baths, market, local shops. The apartment is in an old barn, with its adjoining greenhouse. Sheets, towels included.

140 m2 cottage in a restored barn, surrounded by nature. Equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, washing machine ), pets allowed, private parking, wifi, extra heating, additional heating ( see conditions in other notes ). The price of 80€/night corresponds to the accommodation of 1 to 4 guests beyond extra 14€/night per guest outside the household (at the expense of the guests or optional - 40€)

Old Sologne barn renovated, designed as a family home Located on a 3-hectare wooded park, with a pool and a hot tub. The barn is 200m2, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4wc, a kitchen with dining room lounge of 70m2 opening onto terrace under the oaks. Next to your private spa. On the property, a large 12x6 shared salt-treated pool. The pool is shared with a small house for 4, not overlooked.
