Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. Downstairs we have a small herd of goats that you can visit. Join us for evening chores or arrange a time to meet the goats. Apartment 1.

This is a one bedroom, second story apartment located in Waverly, NY. We are centrally located, within minutes of Robert Packer Hospital & half an hour from Arnot Ogden Memorial Hospital. We are within driving distance of Sayre, Elmira, Watkins Glen, Ithaca & Binghamton. Easy access to I-81. ***Max occupancy is four guests. Anyone staying overnight must be listed in the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if occupancy exceeds four guests. Animals prohibited.***

You need a car to get around here. Parking is easy. No parking allowed on sides of roads.
