This cozy house, located in a calm and relaxing village, completely renovated with quality materials, is adapted for couples and families with kids. Located near the Marne river, 20min from DISNEY and airport, 5min from the SNCF train station linking PARIS center, the house have all equipment to past a nice moment. As we are in a small village, a car is highly recommended ! We live next door and offer you an exclusive access to the swimming pool (between May to Sept) and Jacuzzi (all the year)

Our house is located between Paris and Disneyland, perfect for those assisting at the Olympic Games. It is just a 3-minute walk to a farm, a 5-minute walk to a protected forest. A RER E station, 2 bus stops (within 3-minute walk). Gare de Lyon/ Gare St Lazare: 30mins by RER. Disneyland/ La Vallée Village: 20mins by car; 35-50mins by RER. 30-35mins by RER to Center Paris(eg. Opéra, Musée du Parfum, Galeries Lafayette/ Printemps on Boulevard Haussmann). Vaires-sur-Marne: 10mins by car.

Welcome to Our Home.... We invite you to discover our 20 m2 outbuilding, which includes an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with integrated washing machine, a separate toilet and a double bed. Ideally located, 10 min walk to shops and Vaires-Torcy train station. Visit Paris (20 min by train via line P), Disneyland (20 min via A4), the Olympic nautical stadium which will host the 2024 Olympics (4 min by car) and the whole of Ile de France and make sure you enjoy it! Quiet house, close to Paris and Disney

The house is located in a very quiet area. Disneyland Paris and Parc Astérix are a 25-minute drive away. Paris is within a 30-minute drive, with quick access to the highway. You will find a supermarket, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Public transport to get to Paris in less than 40 minutes, a bus passes in front of the house and will drop you off at Villeparisis station to reach Paris by train. Festive events prohibited.
