There is a separate apartment of 60m2, which includes a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. For 4 people, there is an additional bedroom with a separate bathroom. There are also outdoor spaces of the courtyard tract with complete equipment, including seating and a grill.

The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. If you are afraid of spiders you should not book this cottage. If you like to sit in the countryside or lie in the meadow sooner. They are surrounded by trees, bushes, flowers, and ponds. However, the federal highway is within earshot. The cottage is about 100 years old and very charming. Nevertheless, you cannot drive directly to the car. The stairs to the upper floor is narrow and steep. Bathroom and toilet are in the annex. Where "toilet" means composting toilet.

Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.

At the moment, there´s space for the seven of you - relax between the apple trees in the garden or stay inside next to the sweden oven and watch netflix.
