This old farmhouse from 1878, completely renovated by us, is located at the end of a road and at the foot of the hiking trail departures, the house is in the heart of nature, ideal setting for a stay in the countryside and a complete disconnection for two, with family or friends! My accommodation is 1 km from Belmont de la Loire, village with local shops, (bakery, butcher, restaurant, distributor, pharmacy) 4 km from Chaufailles, Bourgogne border, all shops, supermarkets, swimming pool...... Ground floor, living room with kitchen area, living room, dining area (table for 8 p), a bedroom (140 bed), a small bathroom, with shower and sink; separate toilet. Upstairs, one bedroom (140 bed), one dormitory bedroom (3 single beds) open to the staircase.

Welcome to our furnished tourist accommodation of about 80 m2, on the first floor of our house located in the countryside but close to the city center and its shops, with independent entrance, small outdoor terrace at the foot of our green park. Parking on the property. Finally, there is a sofa bed as well as an extra bed that can accommodate three more people. Just so you know, linen provided at no extra charge.
