Charming little house located in the heart of the hamlet "Chez Dauphant", a peaceful and relaxing village, perched in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park, it offers an ideal setting for lovers of calm, nature and/or hiking lovers. Located just 18 km from Thiers (the capital of cutlery), 25 km from Vichy (with its thermal baths, parks, and opera house), 75 km from Le Palais d'Aix-les-Bains, and 50 km from Clermont-Ferrand, the house can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults, 2 children).

Maison Plume (cottage): A haven of well-being

Come and take a break in this small, peaceful hamlet halfway between the villages of Ris and Chateldon… Located in the heart of the Auvergne countryside (at the foot of the Monts Bourbonnais and the Bois Noirs), in a green setting, for a return to nature and a reconnection with oneself. Enjoy various nearby walking paths and exceptional tourist sites (Puy-de-Dôme and its chain of Auvergne volcanoes, Vichy, queen of the spa towns, small villages of character such as Châteldon or Charroux...)

In the shade of the trees, in full sun or under the snow, you will enjoy this break in our indoor cabin. Stroll along the paths to discover the biodiversity of the Black Woods. Bourbonnaise mountain gîte

Charming little house in the heart of the Bourbon mountains. Completely renovated, with a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. It's the perfect place for a vacation or weekend hiking (walking, mountain biking, motorbiking, horse riding). Ideal for a family of 4, it has a small outdoor area that allows you to relax in the sun and enjoy the barbecue on sunny days. Vichy and its parks are 30 minutes away, Clermont Ferrand 1 hour.

House or bed and breakfast

Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

Fully equipped studio with pool. I welcome bikes.

In a quiet residential area, close to all amenities within walking distance. Possibility to pick one of my salads, or other vegetables present in my garden, possibility of private parking at night, enjoy the swimming pool common to your accommodation and mine (but mostly we do not cross paths!) 20 min from Vichy 45 min from Clermont-Ferrand

Sublime mansion of 1903, created by a great architect and completely renovated in 2020 by Mr. Hervé Delouis, brilliant architect from Clermont-Ferrand. This old lady has been the subject of three years of work to regain all her nobility, the whole challenge was to preserve the period elements and the unique character that gives her. Get ready for a journey back in time with this old lady, who deserves all your attention and respect so that she can charm us.

In the heart of Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, this 150 m² fully renovated old farmhouse has a large living room with kitchen area, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets, 4 bedrooms, 1 TV lounge area. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, towels will be provided and you will have complimentary cleaning products for the house. You can also enjoy the largest mountain bike area in France (Massif des Bois Noirs mountain bike area).

You will find all the comforts for a relaxing vacation The cottage at 700 m altitude is surrounded by pastures and forest, it is located on marked hiking trails. The brochures of the tourist offices of the region are at your disposal, and we remain available for any information or advice to enjoy our beautiful region. The cottage is located between Vichy and Thiers.
