Entire apartment located on the ground floor, in a small peaceful residence. Fiber Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix access. Convenient parking at the foot of the building. Very quiet neighborhood. In Murat itself, a nice little town with character (2 min walk) Train station nearby. Favorably located near the Cantal mountains (Le Plomb, Puy Mary, GR departure) 10 minutes' drive from the Lioran ski resort, served by shuttles, buses, trains. For nature lovers. Skiing,biking,hiking.

Duplex in historic center

Duplex on the 1st floor of a 17th century house located close to the church. Accommodation with lots of charm (old parquet floor, bedroom under the roofs with exposed beams). Quiet is guaranteed because it is in an alley with no possibility of car passage but parking is located less than 20 m away. However, it should be noted that the church is next door and it rings every hour from 7am to 10pm internet access via fiber optics.

A cozy bedroom features a spacious bed with a white quilt and an orange throw blanket. Walls are painted in warm tones, with decorative wall art and a round mirror. Natural light streams through a window, complemented by light curtains and a simple decorative plant.
