Downs View Retreat Isle of Wight with HotTub,

The Lodge is situated on the best holiday park on the IOW and is located on the side of the park called Crosswinds. The patio deck looks onto Culver Down with great views. The park has a private beach and is close to the village of Bembridge which has a selection of great cafes and restaurants. The Island has many activities all year round which makes it unique among staycation locations. Glamping in one of our 5 rustic and very comfortable safari tents on our working dairy farm close to Swanage. Tents sleep up to 4 guests in a king bed, twin beds or double cabin style bed. Beds made up. Bring your own towels. Own shower room. Cook on the wood burning stove (with oven) or BBQ outside. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you wake up in our pine clad eco lodge. It has a fully fenced garden. Watch the sunrise over the downland with the village of Godshill and its church spire in the foreground.Take a short walk to the wildlife pond and ancient woodland within the grounds or sit on the sheltered veranda and watch the ponies grazing in the paddock, whatever the weather inside with the wood burning stove alight looking out, the view is spectacular. Pygmy goats graze in the orchard.

A beautiful two bed house with garden and off street parking in an excellent location in Poole Dorset. The property features a new luxury bathroom installed in June 2021. There is an additional double sofa bed in the second living room. The property is moments from popular Ashley Cross with its bustling bars and restaurants and only a five minute drive to the award winning beaches of Sandbanks and Branksome Chine. Guests also have the open spaces of Poole Park only 5 minutes walk away.

An absolute gem close to the town centre, this is a wonderful holiday home. A chic town house which has 3 bedrooms, (one of which is on the ground floor) 2 bathrooms and a further en-suite in the master bedroom. The entire house has just been refurbished to a high standard and is comfortable, new, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean.
