This is a very unique property, up to a few years ago it was a chiropody surgery run by the Mercy Sisters and is adjacent but separate to the Convent of Mercy building which is a prominent 3 storey building on the Main Street of Charleville. The building dates from 1838 and went into private hands in 2025. The apartment is in the centre of town on the main street.
