A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new place. You'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a quiet moment in our small, recently renovated, simple and friendly waterfront cabin. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Quiet house, completely renovated, ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside. 50 kilometers from Clermont-Ferrand, in Combrailles, in the commune of Condat en Combrailles, 20 minutes from the motorway exit, in a small village close to all amenities. Close to nature, the chain of Puys, Vulcania, (40 km), the Massif du Sancy, the water body of Fades-Besserve. Many sights nearby (hiking trails, ponds, rivers...).
