It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
