Located within 30 minutes of downtown State College, the cabin has historic charm, modern amenities, and plenty of private outdoor space to relax. With three bedrooms, two full baths, fully stocked kitchen, multiple living areas and outdoor dining areas, the cabin has plenty of space for everyone. Very strict NO SMOKING rule.

The light-filled, spacious apartment is located in the quiet Houserville area of State College. Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all.
