This is all one area with a private bathroom. Bathroom has full size shower, kitchen area a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. Tea, coffee, water provided. BBQ on the front porch. Woodland trails, wildlife and privacy. No smoking or vaping in the cabin. Perfect for retreats or just being able to relax and breathe

In between Lake Ontario, Lake Oneida n the Salmon River,5 minutes from 81 in Parish NY,very quiet backroad,.i try my best to make the cabin as homey as possible and keep everything stocked so you dont need much but if you ever need me imatext away and things will be taken care of immedietly.Thank you for looking and i hope youll give My lil cabin a chance❤Sometimes check in times change, to clean from last guest!Also only shower in warm months as its outside,accomadationssometimesfor longerstays

Anne's Place

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Located near Salmon River Falls, Fish Hatchery, Salmon River and Reservoir. Easy access to Salmon and Steelhead fishing, ATV trails and Snowmobile trails. Video tour can be found at YouTube. Scan QR code in photos or search for Cozy Cabin Near the Salmon River. Additional guest fee of $45.00 per person will be applied during booking. Pet fee will be applied during booking process. SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
