Located in the heart of the country, Oakbrook Akers Cabin is an absolute retreat! Relax on the many porches overlooking the pond, take time to meander to the docks to fish, enjoy s'mores over the stone fire pit or spend the evening at the grilling station in our covered patio. In the winter, tuck yourself away in the cozy cabin complete with a wood burner, having a movie or game night (with popcorn of course)! Welcome to @RidingHeights – our cute mid-century modern/bohemian style bungalow home. The décor is colorful, unique and functional. It is 900 square feet featuring an open concept, large kitchen and large bedroom with a king sized bed! The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away! Two street bikes are provided by us for your convenience. Message us about bringing a pet and we will consider them.

Come experience sleeping in a cave without actually roughing it! Located in the back of the Hobbit, the Cave has its own private entrance under the leaf canopied patio. *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* You will be greeted by a lantern hanging among the stalactites and vines and a set of stairs leading down into the cave. An indoor gas fireplace, a 50" smart TV, full kitchen, tiled shower, & queen memory foam mattress all guarantees a magical stay!
