Our quiet family hunting lodge is situated on 29 picturesque acres of beautiful, rural, upstate NY farmland. The cabin is uniquely built with high ceilings and is filled with antique farm equipment & taxidermy animals. We have a pond full of fish, nature trails, wildlife, gardens and the sunsets, rises and stars are incomparable. Hot tub, volleyball court, pool table, darts, board games and MORE for you to enjoy. Private ground floor contains two bedrooms (queen and twin XL beds), bathroom, and family room. Family room has sofa bed, TV, internet, ice machine, kitchenette, bottled water dispenser, and refrigerator. Several steps from Cayuga Lake in the middle of the Cayuga Wine Trail. Very close to wineries, cideries, distillery, and beer garden. Lakefront (shared with owner) includes a propane grill, picnic table, kayaks, and dock for fishing or swimming. Easy walk down beach for children.

Full house on Lake; 3 min from the New York Chiropractic College; 10 min from the historical town of Seneca Falls, Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge, and nearby Finger Lakes wineries. You can swim right off the deck using the ladder (summer), fish, Kayak (2 available + life jackets). Beach and a boat ramp in Cayuga Lake State Park (2 min up the road). In the winter, cross-country ski and ice skating rings nearby (Geneva; Watkins Glen). New lock for easy check-in.

We love that it provides a simple escape from everyday life. When you walk in you are instantly welcomed by large windows in the living room giving you full lake views. The open, quaint setting of this cottage allows you to reconnect with your family and friends. The home has waterfront access to Owasco Lake.

Features include an active stream, dock for your boat, easy lake access, kayaks for use, as well as a water's edge fire pit on the point. Sleeps 2 adults. ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
